Meade’s Coffee & Dessert Bar is where it all started.
We’re a mother and daughter team from Essex, travelling with Betsy, our mobile Coffee & Dessert Bar, to events, villages and venues across Essex, Kent, Hertfordshire and London.
From local community evenings and rugby clubs to festivals, corporate events and private bookings, we’ve served thousands upon thousands of coffees, desserts and sweet treats along the way.
Betsy was never meant to be just another catering van. We stripped her back and rebuilt her ourselves around the vision we had from the very beginning: blue and white Royal Doulton-inspired details, flowers, mockingbirds and something that would make people stop and think, “Wow.”
Our menu changes with the seasons and the occasion, but you’ll usually find a mix of barista coffee, hot chocolates, iced drinks and desserts including waffle sticks, hot cookie dough, crumbles, nostalgic puddings and plenty of other Meade’s favourites.
We’re fully mobile and off-grid, which means we can bring Meade’s to everything from village events and weddings to corporate days, festivals and larger public events.
Whatever the occasion, the feeling we want people to have when they arrive at Betsy is always the same:
